Today, Todd Cunningham (left), Scott Meyer (right) and I made the five hour trip to Midland to see what God is doing with and through the Stonegate Church. Todd Cunningham (left) is the project manager for a 66,000 sq. ft. childrens building for birth to 6th grade. They are looking to build a facility that will accomodate growth from 3K to 5K. The Senior Children's minister (right) gave us a tour of the structure but more importantly, he shared the vision that God has placed on their hearts.
I am thoroughly impressed with the passion for God's mission that they have allowed to transform church strategy.
Tomorrow we head home having been blessed and changed. I could not be more thankful for our warm reception here and peek behind the scenes.
