Emma and Mason got new fishing poles courtesy of the Shrode family. Mason has been casting in the house and has hit picture frames, pulled baskets off the mantle, got string tied up in the ceiling fan, and even smacked Heidi in the face with his rubber casting weight. But the mess he can make is limited when he has the fishing pole in his hands, so we don't mind. His accuracy and distance has improved dramatically. Emma was starting to get frustrated that she couldn't cast nearly as well as Mason. I had to remind her that Mason practices all day long while she is at school.
