Emma and one other student were chosen to carry "Spirit Chains" out onto the football field before the game representing funds raised for the local United Way. Emma is also a devout member of the "Bleacher Creatures" responsible for running across the football field ahead of the football team.
My proudest moment as a father was watching my 11 month old eat rice cake off the bleacher floor at her first Friday night football game as some scary middle-aged man yells obscenities at the referee. It was magical.
