The kids were excited to have great grandpa come visit from Corpus Christi.
Emma went to a tea party with Elizabeth. She is a friend from Texas who comes to visit her grandparents at our church. 
Maddie is one of Emma and Masons best friends. They hang out all the time.

Esther has changed so much! I wouldn't have recognized her. I guess she gets the blue eyes. Beautiful girl!

We thought about cooking that one because it was the biggest catch of the day, but this huge mosquito swooped down and carried it off when we weren't looking.
I ask Heidi before posting pictures with her in them. She rarely finds one she likes of herself. I, on the other hand, always find myself very attractive. In case you ever wondered why there is an imbalance of pictures.
My favorites are the last one of Esther, the one where you're reading to all three, and the one with the sunglasses. They are all so cute and I know they're as sweet in person as they look in photos! It's tough work keeping up the blog, huh?!
Thanks for the feedback, Courtney. Yes it is tough to keep up a blog, but as I contemplate the lives of Dr. Martin Luther King, Ghandi, and Mother Teresa, I am able to summon the courage to upload that next pic for the greater good. Thank you for your encouragement and empathy. It is together that we prevail.
